Best auto shop I've ever been to, period, and I'm 55 years old. The shop manager Sean rates a 10 out of 10. His honesty, integrity, customer service, great communication skills are just a few of the accolades I can give him. I will go nowhere else in future for auto maintenance / repair. In fact, all the shop personnel to whom I directed questions were very professional, pleasant to deal with, and informative. These folks want their customers to understand what your car needs, and why. No other auto shop like it!

Gene and Fred at the Indio store are the best. Customer service and attention to your needs at its finest. I'll definately be back. It's nice to be treated like a valued customer and not just a number. Good job guys!

I've been trusting Jack Sauter for about 20 years and have always been pleased with his work. I am impressed with the honesty of the work force, never trying to sell me something I don't need. Leonard Ortiz and Jack are especially professional.

Got a flat tire about five miles from the Indio CA facility. I was driving a 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee with top of the line Goodyear tires. I was on my way to Sacramento from Phoenix. Gene talked to Goodyear and told them my situation and was able to get a similar tire put on my car for free!!! Due to his diligence, I was on my way by mid-morning and was able to make the trip in one day. I had to meet movers the next morning at my storage area in Sacramento. Gene saved me lots of time and money and I want him to know how much I appreciate his outstanding customer service....Thanks again Gene ...you are a lifesaver!
